These terms apply to all services booked with Auto Matrix Global.

Quotes

Quotes are valid for 15 days and assume the vehicle arrives in the condition described. Additional paint correction is quoted separately after inspection.

Bookings

A booking is confirmed on receipt of the advance. Rescheduling is free with 48 hours notice.

Warranty

Warranty covers film defects — yellowing, cracking, lifting and delamination. It does not cover impact damage, improper washing, or removal by a third party.

Vehicle condition

We photograph every vehicle on arrival and at handover. Pre-existing damage is recorded and shared with you before work begins.
